A contaminated area filled with carbon dioxide smoke by the nearby refinery. Entire towns are destroyed by the large volume of exhaust smoke and flaring being done, every breath is poisonous. Laws need to be held firm to stop emissions like these happening over the world. It would be a problem to raise a healthy child here. The smog is devastating.The birth rate would be much lower in this area.  West Indies.
