Every 3 days there is a new road kill in the Trinidad South Mosquito Creek Area. The water definitely tastes contaminated with dead animal and the place smells awful lot. What can we do? Boiling may not take out all the harmful substances this time. Please help. #ema.co.tt,  #cleanwaterforall
